The Self we know ourselves to be is divided into distinctly different parts. This division between that which is real (Authentic Self) and that which is unreal (uniquely different and conflicting personalities) inevitably creates confusion, conflict, and chaos in both our internal and external worlds.

In this simplistic, practical, and applicable book, author Wendy Lynn exposes the presence and purpose of one’s personalities and reunites the reader with their Authentic Loving Self. Through a 3-step integration process, involving the Awareness, Acceptance, and Alignment of all three identities, (me, Myself, and I) this book teaches how to use the power of your Authentic Self to help your personalities reach the greatest potential. Together, they can achieve physical stability externally and the emotional and mental stability they long for within.

Does life sometimes seem like one emotional rollercoaster ride after another?

Are you often consumed by negative thoughts that force you to relive the past, fear the future, and dwell on everything that is wrong in the present?

Do your behaviors regularly fall short of your good intentions and block you from the success and happiness you desire?

The Undivided Self

Purpose for writing The Undivided Self

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, approximately 26% of Americans over the age of 18 suffer from ‘diagnosable’ mental disorders in any given year and nearly 10% of the population is diagnosed with some type of personality disorder. Some researchers believe that the percentage is actually closer to 34% (that’s 1 out of every 3 adults) and is expected to keep rising. As disheartening as that is, recent studies showing a positive correlation between personality traits and mental illness (anxiety, depression, stress, dysfunction, and instability) may be providing researchers with exactly what they need to significantly reduce these percentages.

Building on the belief that it’s a basic human desire to be mentally, emotionally, and physically stable and to live a meaningful life, The Undivided Self raises the reader’s awareness into how one’s internal identification with the false selves, or ‘fear-driven’ personalities, inevitably results in confusion, conflict, and chaos in one’s external world. On the contrary, knowing Our Authentic Self as an unchangeable and infinite Being whose Essence can only be experienced and expressed through Love allows us to live a more balanced, enjoyable, and meaningful Life.

“Wendy Lynn’s latest book is both enlightening and empowering. It exposes the psychology behind our personalities and provides an effective process for achieving one’s greatest potential.” ~Neale Donald Walsch
